The diagram maps the same layers I use in my homelab and deployment flow: Cloudflare at the edge, Kubernetes clusters in Sydney and the US, Argo CD for GitOps, Harbor for images, Traefik at ingress, Signoz for visibility, and the storage systems underneath.
